+# Windows desktop 0.1.2 release preparation
+
+Application source: `57d211d` (2026-10-13). Publication remains pending.
+This version includes rejection of explicitly incomplete/filtered optional AI
+answers. Shared engine/CLI component versions remain 0.1.0.
+
+- 57 frontend and 35 native desktop tests passed, plus frontend formatting.
+- Embedded production frontend and optimized native application built.
+- Normal auto-capable worker staging verified successfully; VM inference and
+  WebView rendering were explicitly CPU-only.
+- Local archive checked 39 individual size/hash records and ran outside the
+  checkout in an isolated Unicode directory with verified model hardlinks.
+- Genuine Google indexing activated generation 1 with two chunks, dimension
+  768 and a 6,544-byte ANN blob. Launch to observed generation was 10,518.76 ms;
+  this is setup observation, not first search latency.
+- Duplicate launch exited 0 while the original owned app was running. Test
+  process trees were cleaned; the installed user app PID 7716 remained untouched.
+  The owned process exit 1 is from intentional test cleanup, not spontaneous exit.
