# Linux packages alongside desktop 0.1.4 Ubuntu 24.04 WSL x86-64 native locked offline builds used immutable source `940ed24`. CLI and extraction helper built in 55.45 s; desktop release built in 5m08s. Production frontend was reused from the Windows 0.1.4 build. The same 34 vendored GLib warnings remain; this is not Linux strict-Clippy evidence. The normal runtime includes CPU/Vulkan; all inference tests forced CPU. | Artifact | Bytes | SHA-256 | | --- | ---: | --- | | `searchi-headless_0.1.0_linux-x86_64-014.tar.xz` | 103421852 | `a7479f588f4248b40bcb7127deaea9031cf2af56172bc233a210838e1179d3fa` | | `searchi_0.1.4_amd64.deb` | 103868644 | `75566915bfe67d3b60fc3658f9d68fad40840d4e53b3c3aeb22fbf8450f43687` | Both are published in [v0.1.4](https://tea.karlcom.de/karl/searchi/releases/tag/v0.1.4). Public unauthenticated full downloads and checksum files matched local bytes. Headless component version remains 0.1.0; the artifact suffix identifies this current source update. Only application binaries were stripped; native workers and their verified dependency inventories were preserved. ## Actual package checks - Headless archive: all 31 recorded file hashes/sizes passed before extraction. - Relocated default CLI/helper indexed actual PDF and DOCX fixtures with mtime -1 second, zero failures, PDF page 1 and DOCX paragraph 1. SQLite persisted exactly -1000000000 ns. A second scan indexed zero and retained both unchanged. - Genuine Google CPU inference encoded two document chunks. Semantic search returned both archived files and their source locations. This is a small correctness smoke check, not an independent relevance/performance benchmark. - Debian payload: helper provenance passed against the build source; Google dependency verification passed 20 records. All 24 ELF files were inspected; maximum GLIBC is 2.39, GLIBCXX 3.4.32. Control dependencies include libc6 2.39 and libstdc++6 13.2 alongside GTK/WebKit. XZ level-nine compression was used. - Extracted desktop started from an owned relocated layout under Xvfb/DBus with software graphics flags. Its bundled real query worker used CPU/one thread; the desktop remained alive afterward. Only owned process groups were stopped. Ignored reports: `.searchi/qa/linux-014-payload-proof.json` and `.searchi/qa/linux-deb-startup-014-stripped.json`. The headless fixture/check script is `.searchi/qa/linux-014-smoke.py`; recorded terminal run completed successfully. These checks do not establish native graphical interaction, playback, system installation/upgrade, older-distribution compatibility or physical GPU operation. macOS and broader production gates remain open. The packages contain the pre-1970 timestamp correction; older v0.1.3 downloads remain available.
