Windows desktop 0.1.2 release preparation

This version includes rejection of explicitly incomplete/filtered optional AI
answers. Shared engine/CLI component versions remain 0.1.0.
- 57 frontend and 35 native desktop tests passed, plus frontend formatting.
- Embedded production frontend and optimized native application built.
- Normal auto-capable worker staging verified successfully; VM inference and WebView rendering were explicitly CPU-only.
- Local archive checked 39 individual size/hash records and ran outside the checkout in an isolated Unicode directory with verified model hardlinks.
- Genuine Google indexing activated generation 1 with two chunks, dimension 768 and a 6,544-byte ANN blob. Launch to observed generation was 10,518.76 ms; this is setup observation, not first search latency.
- Duplicate launch exited 0 while the original owned app was running. Test process trees were cleaned; the installed user app PID 7716 remained untouched. The owned process exit 1 is from intentional test cleanup, not spontaneous exit.

Remote tag resolves to the exact application source above. An initially incorrect
draft target was corrected before publication. Existing user installation was
not automatically upgraded. Gitea Actions remain disabled.
Native visual interaction, clean-machine install, upgrade, signing and physical
GPU checks remain unexecuted. This preparation does not close those gates.
